  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
  • 4 scoops vanilla protein powder (25g protein per scoop)
  • 10 tbsp vanilla Muscle Egg
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond mil


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl. Use cooking spray on a loaf pan. Add mixture to loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is cooked through.
