  • 11g carbohydrates
  • 7g sugar
  • 8g protein


  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 4 scoops chocolate casein protein
  • 3oz chopped dates
  • 1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 6 tbsp Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup stevia


Place all ingredients in a food processor. Make 20 balls out of the mixture and chill for an hour!
