Sloppy Joe Chicken Meatloaf

Meal Prep doesn't have to be bland, dry and boring! Try this Sloppy Joe Chicken Meatloaf I made! Serve it along with some steamed broccoli and your're SET with lunch Monday through Saturday!

Sloppy Joe Chicken Meatloaf

  • 34g protein


  • 32oz ground chicken (I used 2 packages of Publix Greenwise)
  • 1x McCormick Sloppy Joe Seasoning Packet
  • 1 cup low sugar Marinara Sauce (I use Muir Glen)
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Cup Quaker Old Fashioned Oats


Mix all ingredients together and bake in a loaf pan at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Using a meat thermometer, make sure the center of the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Cut into 6 equal servings and enjoy!
