A sneak preview at a workout circuit to come with future updates to Kristielengel.com

Kristielengel.com will offer time sensitive, yet effective workouts utilizing minimal equipment and space. Each week, five new workouts will be posted combining high intensity interval training, resistance training, calisthenics, rehabilitation exercises along with stretching to provide a balanced "lifestyle" approach to exercise!

Directions:

Make sure to complete a proper dynamic warm-up prior to engaging in this workout

  • 4 circuits total
  • 8 minutes per circuit
  • Complete 10 repetitions of each exercise, repeating as many rounds as possible for a total of 8 minutes
  • When 8 minutes is complete, take 2 minutes rest and begin next 8 minute circuit

Circuit #1

  • Full sit-up
  • Cross-body jacks
  • Push-ups

Circuit #2

  • Inchworm
  • Bodyweight squat
  • Half burpee

Circuit #3

  • Star jumps
  • High knees (count 1:1)
  • Bridges

Circuit #4

  • Knee Tucks
  • Mountain Climber (count 1:1)
  • Bicycle Abs (1:1)

Make sure to complete a proper cool down stretch after completion!
