  • Every Sunday at 5:00pm, I launch five new home workouts! All you need is a set of dumbbells (usually 5-8lbs to start). To help you achieve a balanced lifestyle, the workouts are quick and convenient - just 30 minutes for a great calorie burn. I include a full workout video for you to follow along with for motivation, and the rest of the weekly workouts can be done at your own speed and on your own time! These are:
